Matthew blew me away with his enthusiasm towards selling our block of land when really my husband did not want to give his much loved block of land away. I gave Matthew a very big challenge and he delivered in 24 hours. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Matthew and we will be recommending him to our friends and family.

Karl and his team made the process as smooth as possible from start to settlement. Karl demonstrated an intimate knowledge of the Cairns property market, which he put to work to formulate a great marketing plan, which he; together with Daniel Roser and Cathy Bowrey, put it into practice. Their knowledge of the local property market allowed them to employ different tactics than most other agents would. Ultimately their thinking outside the box and work ethic secured the best result on the sale of my property. I would highly recommend choosing the Karl Latham team for the sale of your property. Thanks again Karl, Daniel & Cathy.

Tim was simply wonderful to deal with. He was very amicable and always punctual, which I really appreciated. Tim is a very committed professional with a refreshing honesty and an obvious enthusiasm for what he does . My purchase went through without a hitch and Tim ensured both vendor and purchaser were happy with the transaction. I was also very happy with my bottle of Moet at settlement!! From the moment we first spoke to Tim I was impressed by his professionalism and his genuine care and interest in the sale of our property. Being two and a half thousand kilometres away in Newcastle and the property being in Cairns we needed someone who just wasn’t after “another sale”. This kind of person we found in Tim Lyon. What Tim achieved price wise was exceptional and the process handled professionally and honestly. We would certainly recommend Tim to any buyer or seller in the future
