Karl Latham "doorknocked" my place many years ago advising he specialised in my area and, should I ever want to sell, he would like to be considered as the selling agent. Over the years, I watched his company grow with Karl's face appearing on many house for sale billboards, in fact, his was the only face and name I never forgot. Life changes and I moved several times, renting my house out. but I knew the time had come to sell. Karl appraised the property and gave me a realistic sale value based on previous sales in the street plus current economic conditions in Cairns. I signed up & he and his team organised a "tidy up" of my house as I was too busy to do so myself. Their marketing plan included newspaper and internet advertising and was quite effective as open houses were always successful. When a building inspection showed a problem Karl advised on a market strategy that would entail the buyer having to do any repairs. A realistic offer was made and accepted and has now been finalised.
