I felt that Giles really worked hard to get my Mother’s house sold. She had moved into an aged care facility and the whole process of having to sell the house, move Mum in, sort out all her affairs and effects was extremely emotional and stressful. Giles was very understanding and in the background was always supportive and doing everything he could to sell the house. We appreciated all his efforts and were very relieved when it sold and everything went so smoothly.
