What I noted was that he had a lot of experience in selling houses in Bayview Heights; the houses he listed were not on the market for very long prior to sale and his marketing strategies worked (eg. open house every weekend). When I first spoke to Tim I was in Melbourne and he informed me he would ring me in Cairns on a certain day. I was surprised when he rang me at 9 in the morning on that day as I found most agents didn’t return my call.
