Our new home was handled by Damien one of Karl's agents. He was a very nice person to deal with, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for him especially the amount of questions we had regarding the house. We also very much appreciated the help he gave us with the owner who allowed us to put our belongings into a room in her house until settlement. This made our move a lot easier and we thank Damien for his help. Damien is very knowledgable about the area and was able to help us with tradesmen etc that we needed after we moved in. I would deal with Karl and his agents again if the need arose as we felt they were honest and trustworthy.

Mark was great with the sale of my investment property in White Rock. The moment I listed with him he took the bull by the horns and got stuck in contacting his client base for potential buyers. The next morning he had already organised the marketing and had planned the first open for the coming weekend. Mark knows White Rock and the market, he was very open and helpful when I had any questions or concerns about the presentation of the property, marketing or sales procedures. After each inspection or contact with a potential buyer, he was on the phone giving me an update. Pretty much we were in contact all the time. The property was actually sold while I was overseas.
