I have heard that selling one's house is one of the most stressful experiences there is. In a way I can agree, however, my house was one of those 'different' ones, it didn't fit any local criteria there was nothing to compare it with. I thought I had a good product but you never know and the timing and price have to be right. Considering all the above I must have been lucky. The first looker bought, she fitted my profile, loved my house apparently. The bit where Giles comes in is he immediately recognized this and made sure I realized how fortunate I was to have this buyer straight up. It may seem a bit of a stretch to say it was a 'fun' experience but dealing with Giles did make it fun. He is a great communicator, punctual, and an adept 'seller'. We Purchased our apartment through Alexie, WOW what a breath of fresh air Alexie was. So use to dealing with a lot of rude, unprofessional agents. Sent Alexie an email regarding an inspection for the apartment we now own, within 5 minutes and at 7.30pm Alexie replayed we had an inspection the next day.
