We had been trying to sell our land for over 12 months then we decide to change agents. We went to Karl and we had offers within a month. This was awesome!!! Unfortunately 4 of those offers fell through due to the purchasers finance falling through. My only negative is to make sure the purchases bank approvals are solid before signing contracts etc.

We recently sold a Bayview Heights property through Giles and it proved to be an easy and stress free experience. Having also sold property through Cairns so-called 'No.1 agent' (Remax) I can honestly say that the contrast between the two was enormous. Giles communicates effectively and promptly at all times. Tasks such as photo appointments, advert preparation and listing was done really quickly and efficiently. His feedback after open homes is almost instant and honest. The weekly feedback reports are good too. It's a welcome change from the self-promoting BS which most agents are full of. You know the ones who promise the world but don't actually bother to talk to their clients once they get a listing. The negotiation was easy and I found that the usual stress which seems to go with a property sale was all but eradicated. I would definitely use Giles again. He's a nice guy and is honest and thats what you need in an agent.

I just want to say how professional Giles was throughout the sale of our home. I choose him after my sister had delt with him and relayed how professional he was. I discussed with Giles how important our home was to us, it was our first home, we got married whilst there and had our first child - lots of memories! He made it easy and was great to work with, he even came to our home afterhours as hubby and I both work full time. We had 4 of our neighbours come over to ask about the sale, I told them the truth about how great he was to deal with and of course the sale price Giles got for us.
