Karl and his team present very differently to most Real Estate agencies. They are friendly, progressive in their approach to business and follow through well. They worked well with us as purchasers and showed genuine care to detail and our needs. I would definitely recommend Karl and his team if you were looking for an agency that knew their field and customer care.

We found Giles very professional in the way he conducted the sale of our house. He was helpful and kept us up to date regularly which was reassuring as we live away from the area. He is down to earth and easy to get along with but at the same time very knowledgable with information and advice when needed.

We achieved a very good price for my property at Freshwater with Giles working hard on a softish market. The journey to settlement was arduous but despite a few unexpected set backs we got over the line. Giles was patient and robust throughout. Communication was excellent and provided me with reassurance. I would be happy to recommend Giles and in fact have done so already. Ron Livingston

We met Karl a few years ago at an open home and we were so impressed we knew when we do finally decide to sell we would go with Elite. We had been on and off with the idea of selling but continued to look around anyway and met Damien at a few open homes and we always left in good spirits. He had such a great personality and positive attitude and no matter how many flaws we found in a house, Damien would have the suggestions to fix. We knew this was the guy we wanted at our open home. Finally we signed on with Elite after Karl gave us a very down to earth market appraisal. He was right - after 4 people inspected our house we had 4 offers all above our asking price. We are extremely grateful to Karl & Damien for getting our house sold in such a short amount of time. Thank you Karl, Damien and the team at Elite!

He sold this property for us. Giles is a very professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. Was very happy with his service and marketing of this property. I would definitely recommend Giles to anyone who is selling their property in the Cairns regional area, particularly for the Bayview Heights and surrounding suburbs. He is a very hardworking agent and knows the Bayview Heights area and market well. The office staff at Twomey Shriber were also very friendly and professional.

My family were privileged to work with Karl Latham and his team when we decided to sell our family home this year. Karl has impressive knowledge of property market appraisal and excellent advice on all the details that can seem overwhelming during the transaction. He is supported by people with excellent communication skills and very high professional standards. Damien, is an unsinkable force of nature with a contagious positive energy. We were confident we had made the right choice. Much to our delight we were under contract within a week of advertising. Our plans to move south had changed in this short time, and we were desperately seeking a new property to call home. Once again, Karl and his team showed great professionalism and support. We could not find 'the one' after searching all over Cairns - but these guys did! Again their intimate knowledge of the Cairns market and attentiveness to our needs were a blessing. We are now very happy in our beautiful new home, and grateful to Karl and his team for all their work and support. It was a pleasure.

Giles is a thorough, respectful agent whose advice while selling my property was spot on. I felt very comfortable to let him do his work in the background without feeling like I needed to monitor progress. It was the first time I had sold, Giles explained the steps well and kept things running smoothly. I have no hesitations in recommending Giles for his fine balance of friendliness and professionalism.

We decided to sell on 30/9, Karl sold the property on 18/10 and we moved into our newly renovated premises by Nov 22. This must be a record time for buying and selling our home with Elite !

The sale of our property to us was painless. Everything ran smoothly and to date. Access was allowed prior to settlement to enable us to plan for future development. After the property report the sellers rectified the one concern I had. The house was cleaned professionally and some minor problems fixed before the pre-settlement inspection. I wasn't expecting this. Damien was fantastic. He answered questions, could refer me on to reputable companies and showed genuine joy in selling a property for the sellers to a family who will happily live there. If an answer to a question wasn't known he would be honest, and say he didn't know but that he could find out. The sellers even left us their sound system. He had obviously developed an honest, open relationship with the seller as well. Thanks again.

Great pre-sale support and sales strategy to target the appropriate market. Found buyers for our properties in minimal time.
