We had a property to sell in a difficult area of Cairns. Alexei advised us on a realistic value and gave us regular follow up. He had the property sold within a month. Alexei was pleasant couteous efficient and did an overall great job. I would happily use his services again

We found Shira to be very easy to communicate with and thoroughly professional in her dealings. This would not have been easy for her considering we were in Melbourne and she was in Cairns. We were kept up the date with every aspect of the process and worked together through all aspects of the buying process. Even after the settlement she is still be offering her services to us. We had become so familiar with Shira that when we physically met for the first time it was like meeting an old friend, which she has now become. I would recommend Shira to anyone selling or buying a property

House was on the market with another agent for months with little feedback, no offers minimal communication" I wasn't quite sure of changing agents at first not sure what I would be getting into Mark is very upbeat and enthusiastic I took him on just days before I left Cairns which was very stressful. Mark happily kept an eye on the now empty house during the sale process. There was an offer within days, unfortunately if fell through due to their finance falling through. Mark contacted a previous enquirer into the property who renewed his interest and Mark converted this into a sale

We had an extremely stress free time buying our property through Kev. Would highly recommend his services.
Kev Twomey
During the process of purchasing a house, Kev Twomey and his staff were very professional, helpful and a pleasure to engage in business with. I am very happy to commend this team to anyone considering buying or selling a property.
Kev Twomey
Kev provided efficient, accurate and prompt promotion and sales service. Kev saved us considerable advertising costs by unselfishly advising us on a staged process. This was successful due to Kev's accurate pricing on our home and pre clientele lobbying prior to promoting our home in a very short time frame (only a few days before first open home). Our home sold after the first open home! Kev's follow up post sale communication and completion of sale was also of a high standard. Lastly, we had purchased our home from Kev and then sold again by Kev.

Good experience, well presented, professional, curtious, excellent all round. Will use Kev when I sell. Regards Lance Lord

From the very first time we met Karl we were impressed with his enthusiasm and positive attitude in relation to selling our house. Karl shared with us his plan for selling the house and we followed it to a T. This resulted in our house going under contract in under a week!!! We are very happy with the service of Karl, Damien and the whole team at Elite.

After having a dissapointing experience with other agents.. i signed Karl Latham and was blown away at the level of service i received. He went well beyond my expectations and had offers coming in instantly after 6 months of no interest from other agents... when an offer came in above my bottom line that he knew i would accept, he still recommended that i wait and he squezzed more out of that buyer and landed me a nice sale.. The different ness of my house and current market made it a diffucult house to sell and other agents returned with not a single offer and no one attending the auction... a complete non-event.. however Karl Latham targeted the right audience and had offers coming in within 2 wks. All done in the slow season for property sales (christmas) I cant sing his praise enough!! Well done Karl.

These guys know their stuff and communicate well and often.

Karl and Damian were extremely pro active and easy to work with. Our buyer was a pain at times and these guys managed to make the process easy. Iv dealt with a fair few agents in Cairns now and have noticed Elite are by far the best agents in Cairns.
