Customer Service
To me Custimer Service is very important - it makes a difference if I will purchase or not purchase - Kev's before, during and after sale service is exceptional - the office is bright and friendly just like the staff employed there.

Professional, timely and without a salesman pitch.
It was a pleasure working with Kev, he showed intelligence and warmth in his dealings with us. Our sale involved negotiation and he managed the process calmly whilst communicating effectively with us, leading to a fair price for both parties. Kev sold 9 West Parkridge Drive for me 14 March, a property he sold me in April 2010. He also sold my unit on the Cairns Esplanade after I purchased West Parkridge & got me an excellent price. Kev has a great personality, knows the Brinsmead area well & keeps in touch with his clients so would have no hesitation recommending him. Disappointed in the price I got but more due to market forces than Kev's efforts.
