Mark did exactly as we had hoped. He got us a fair price for the property, with minimal fuss and in quick time! He gave good advice on the market in the area, which helped us set the price and achieve a sale in 4 weeks. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to others or using his services again.

Karl and his team became my best friends at a really traumatic time for me. From the tiniest detail, packing and preparing for sale, presenting the house even dealing with the removalist if necessary - they were there to guide, assist or even lift the stress from my shoulders and complete the task when necessary. I left every thing in their hands and had a most amazing result, for which I am extremely grateful. I first came across Karl and his team when I was purchasing from another agent and was having difficulty. I needed advice and they were the ones to set me on the path with their honesty and trustworthiness even though there was no gain for Elite Real Estate at the time. How lucky was I to come across these beautiful people who have such strong values and integrity.

Damian was the team member we dealt with at Elite Real Estate. He was fantastic from beginning to end. There is no subterfuge with this agent. What you see is what you get. He is honest, hardworking and efficient. Thank you Elite for a wonderfully smooth transaction.

We have been in the market to purchase a property for over 2.5 years and have dealt with Karl and Damien on several occasions. In that time we had also dealt with many other agents who never communicated with us as much as they did. They have always been helpful and kept us in the loop with any houses that came up for sale. Always returned calls and called back when they said they would. Karl finally found us the right home to purchase and it was a smooth transaction. We then put our own house up for sale privately and Damien contacted us with an interested buyer who signed a contract on first inspection! Thanks to Damien and Karl our house sold within 4 days of our private ad being listed. Highly reccommend!!
