We are based over East, and Vivid are excellent at leasing and managing our property. For the past two years, we have had excellent tenants and we have just released the property and as expected, the process was smooth and drama-free. Two years ago when we prepared our home for lease, I met with 5 leasing agents, and it was clear that Vivid were the best.
