Vivid Property Perth has been managing two of my Properties since, the time they merged from LJ Hooker Leeming Ltd. It’s now almost 2 decades of excellent management by them which speaks of my high degree of satisfaction with their work ethics and always willing to walk the extra mile with customer needs. This is a good hall mark of an REA in today’s competitive market. JO being my Property Manager is very professional in her work, highly knowledgeable and experienced. She leads a team of qualified co-ordinators skilled in their work and expeditiously delivering the goods expected of them. I never bother to worry about anything regarding issues that pop up from time to time because, I know that it is in the safe hand capable hands of JO & her Team. Hence, I do not have to break my head over an amicable resolution to come by. Over and above all, that I like, is JO’s unbiased attitude towards the landlord and tenant without any differentiation. To summarise, JO is a big asset for Vivid Property Perth, and if, she decides to quit will be a big loss, not only to her employer but, to me as well.
