As I live overseas, the entire maintenance along with checks and balances is outsourced to Waratah Estate and they have done a tremendous job in helping find new tenants and before that they were able to guide me on what areas need to be fixed and then took ownership of those issues. They are also quite professional in doing thorough checks on a quarterly basis and I would highly recommend them.
