Debbie has been amazing in facilitating the lease of my property. She was very honest/transparent and provided contemporaneous feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend Waratah and Debbie.

Gurmeet did a great job in renting our home. She was very professional since the beginning with excellent knowledge about the housing market and the current trend. She didn't over promised us and provided an honest price guide for our property and achieved great results. She timely and regularly kept us informed about the inspection outcomes and didn't push us to come to a deal giving us enough time to think. I would strongly recommend Gurmeet and will not hesitate to work with her again in future.

As I live overseas, the entire maintenance along with checks and balances is outsourced to Waratah Estate and they have done a tremendous job in helping find new tenants and before that they were able to guide me on what areas need to be fixed and then took ownership of those issues. They are also quite professional in doing thorough checks on a quarterly basis and I would highly recommend them.
