Our property has been leased without it lying vacant. The agents advertised the property and it was leased out without having us to worry about the property being in between leases. The property inspections are carried out regularly and the agents keep us updated with the market . Great agents!!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Waratah Estate Agents Blacktown. From the very beginning, they have been rude and careless towards me. The property that I rented was not properly cleaned and maintained before I moved in, despite their promises to do so. Even after reporting issues when I first moved in, they failed to fix them for three months. When they finally sent a handyman to fix the problems, he ended up causing even more damage to the property. The air conditioning still hasn't been fixed, and I still don't have a complete set of keys, making it impossible for me to open some of the windows. To make matters worse, Waratah Estate Agents Blacktown has tried to blame me for existing defects in the property, but I had photographic proof to refute their claims. They have also intentionally ignored my maintenance requests, which has made my living situation very uncomfortable. I was shocked when they even had the audacity to ask for additional rent despite miscalculating the rent payments on their end. It is clear to me that they are unprofessional and do not value their clients. I cannot recommend Warath Estate Agents Blacktown to anyone based on my terrible experience. It is unfortunate that the owner of the property will have to pay for multiple visits by an unskilled technician due to their incompetence.
