Welsh has been my property management agency for over a decade, and I firmly believe they have reached the pinnacle of property management success. My Victoria Park property was not only re-leased in quick time, but the entire team facilitated repairs and maintenance during the 3 week gap in leases allowing me to maximize rental returns and also tax deductions before 30 June. Ninetta, Heidi, Zoe you all really excelled, thank you!
