When you're on a good thing - stick to it!
Have used Welsh Real Estate for 7 years to property manage an investment property - so it was a 'no brainer' to use them to arrange the renting and property management of another property. Always professional to deal with, all matters attended to promptly, and excellent local market knowledge. A team that works with you to ensure a good outcomes. If you want the best, use the best!

Professional real estate company with fantastic staff
Me and my partner have leased our first apartment together with Welsh Property, they were really professional and when calling regarding enquiries or emailing have always been directed to a staff member that have been patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for first time rentals for this reason.

Quick to find a new tenant
The Welsh Real Estate team kept me will informed when my tenant indicated they would vacate my villa. The team was quick to advertise that my villa was available and within a week or so they had a suitable new tenant. Ninetta's attention to detail in replacing carpets and organising other maintenance was outstanding. The Welsh team kept my worry at a minimum and did it all.
