Overall positive experience, they were very quick to respond to emails and finalise the application. However on thing negative was that they sent us the wrong bank details, which wasn't picked up for almost a week. Thankfully it was corrected easily.

I've had my property in Welsh Real Estate's hands for two years now. They send photos at each rent inspection and have placed good tenants so far. Only down side is I find it a little difficult to get issues resolved from time to time.
