Switching from selling to renting out a property during a real estate downturn is a challenge. Managing that outcome during a global pandemic is almost miraculous. We found the Welsh team was creative, agile, communicative and thorough. From our experience, we can wholeheartedly recommend this agency. Craig Goodridge was particularly helpful.

Excellent home buying experience all around. Brendon was very helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process from first home open, final inspection, settlement and beyond. Because of this experience, we decided to ask Welsh Real Estate to property manage the property. They were able to put a tenant in there exactly 4 weeks after the property settlement date.
