Good but expensive
No doubt, the management and the inspections are detailed and done correctly on time. But, the expenses for the property management is very high and, all the contractors associated with the agency for repairs etc are also very expensive. I will rate the agency excellent if I can some property management price concession.

Welsh has set a new standard in the rental market
We've rented with four rental agencies so far, and Welsh stands out among them. The process they follow from the beginning till the end can be set as a STANDARD. Our agent Chantal Ricupero was truly amazing - understanding our needs and providing them instantaneously - a genuine, professional and customer focused agent. The quarterly inspections and the reports (with ~100 photos) are very thorough- giving a clear picture to the owners and renters. If ever I want to rent out my own property- I'll definitely go with Welsh!
