WELSH in Belmont has managed my property for nearly two years. From the very beginning with Craig opening up a rental for viewing when it wasn't even scheduled to be viewed that day, right through to the owner Robin being in touch me me personally to tee up a suitable time to collect keys once I was the successful applicant.
