If you are in any doubt about which agent to use, save yourself time, money and stress and go straight to Chantal. Long story short, we previously failed to sell with another agent. 12 months later, the market was worse, and we went back to our 2nd choice of Chantal. We were sold within 8 days. The buyers had their own challenges, and then seemed to be shocked that the 49 year old house they had offered on, wasn't in brand new condition. Chantal literally worked day and night to get the sale over the line. I honestly believe that if we had any other agent, this sale would never have completed.
