Craig managed to secure us a qualified buyer in a very difficult sellers market. We couldn't have asked for better service from a terrific Agent. Thanks Craig!

In a short period of time Chantal was able to use her previous experience in the area and knowledge about potential buyers to find us someone who will continue to look after our much-loved home. Thanks,

Craig sold my grandmothers house. She was unsettled about the process, but Craig spent time with her explainling the process and helping her through the process. He was patient and informative. He was enthusiastic and we believe did everything he could to maximise the returns for our grandmother. He was informed about the market rates for the areas. He worked well between the buyer and the seller - keeping us informed all the way about what was going on. Thanks Craig - we highly recommend you.

good knowledge of the market, easy to deal with and not a rushed/ pushy agent. Hopefully will not be buying or selling soon but would use welsh real estate/ Craig Goodridge again in the future.
