My house was Sold quickly. In a matter of 4 weeks we had a good offer. This quick in an extremely Hard Market doesnt happen often!!!! Buyers are not around and getting a fair price often takes months. But it goes to show , a good agent will tell you what price you will get and what you should ask for.
