We initially hired another agent more or less at random. Bad mistake. We the researched and thank goodness we did as we avoided Minic (fast selling time doesn't mean good because they could be rushing to get sales through at low prices). We were impressed with Minic until our research showed they were unscrupulous. Then we interviewes Craig - combined with an average 70 days selling time, and his advice, we hoped he would put our interest first. We were not disappointed. He was at every home open and notified us prior to it, updated us after every home open and have constructive feedback overall. He also gave us a good contact to spruce up the garden as the market was extremely bad. After listing for 70+ days, the house was sold and i am confident that it was craig's work that brought it to the final. Had I stuck to my original agent, the house may have continued to stay on the market unsold, possibly until the market picks up when an agent's skill is not as critical. Given the results Craig achieved in this difficult climate; even though we thought we should get more, one has to be realistic. So we are appreciative of Craig's efforts- he did very well, we can't fault him and we would gladly recommend Craig. Thanks Craig.
