He effectively communicated each step of the application with an outstanding professional approach. If you want a professional agent to manage your property look Joshua up. I have rated him 5 stars. A great gentleman to deal with.

Jasmine and William Batters have been outstanding Agents for us. If any issue arose that required attention - Plumbing etc, it was addressed immediately, professionally and appropriately. At all times we felt valued as tenants and we considered this our home, not just a place we rented. Jasmine and her vast experience often went beyond the normal role of Agent and assisted us in areas of sensitivity and safety that were particular to our family. Her genuine empathy and attitude to resolving issues and providing us with timely responses is very appreciated. Loved this property and all the team at William Batters who have a family feel about them, rather than the big firm approach where you are just a number. Thank you
