Throughout our campaign Luke & Ashley both provided us with clear effective communication, particularly after each inspection. Luke had a great awareness of the market in our area. He provided us with guidance and support throughout the process of preparing our home for sale. On an extremely challenging day with removalists, styling & photography booked in (exasperated greatly by communication challenges with Optus shutdown), Luke organised a team of 4 at short notice to come and assist us, they rolled up there sleeves for a considerable amount time enabling styling & photography to proceed same day and was greatly appreciated by us. Always engaging with warmth and a smile even through pouring rain on the day of our Auction.

Edward was amazing to deal with, very pleasant and approachable and went out of his way to find us a buyer. He was very aware of what was happening in our area and although our property was very much lower end of the market, we felt he gave us every bit of attention he would to an upper end property owner. Weekly progress calls and proactive suggestions to secure a buyer. Couldn't recommend Edward high enough.
