About Joshua

A long-time Stonnington resident, Joshua's intimate knowledge of the local real estate market is well complimented by his professionalism, strong work ethic and extraordinary passion for real estate. Starting his career as an interior architect in Melbourne, Joshua made the organic leap to real estate sales, where today he is exceptionally well versed in advising his clients across all aspects of the South Yarra property market. One of the Best, Joshua from - Woodards

I don't normally provide reviews. However I am writing this review for outstanding service. Joshua provided excellent assistance during the rental application of a property. He effectively communicated each step of the application with an outstanding professional approach. If you want a professional agent to manage your property look Joshua up. I have rated him 5 stars. Loved this property and all the team at William Batters

Jasmine and William Batters have been outstanding Agents for us. If any issue arose that required attention - Plumbing etc, it was addressed immediately, professionally and appropriately. At all times we felt valued as tenants and we considered this our home, not just a place we rented. Jasmine and her vast experience often went beyond the normal role of Agent and assisted us in areas of sensitivity and safety that were particular to our family. Her genuine empathy and attitude to resolving issues and providing us with timely responses is very appreciated. Loved this property and all the team at William Batters who have a family feel about them, rather than the big firm approach where you are just a number. Thank you

Great service

The team at Williams Batters are very responsive and thoughtful. Whenever we've had an issue (eg. the stove stopped working), they've responded immediately and kept us up to date throughout. They genuinely care about their tenants as much as their landlords -- and as a landlord myself, I can say that's the key to a great agent.
