You want Edward to be involved in selling your property! He is very responsive and reliable. In my experience Edward will show up to show a property outside of advertised hours which can mean accomodating an interested buyer, as in my case. He works hard to sell a property. I was the purchaser and I was impressed by him. He is very pleasant and approachable. He is relatively new to the industry - and as a positive , that brings with it enthusiasm.

The circumstances for the recent sale of our townhouse were challenging. Firstly, it was tenanted when put on the market, but Philippe's sensitive approach to the tenant, both to meet their needs and to make the place presentable were excellent. Secondly, the auction only drew one bidder, but through Philippe's skilful negotiation he achieved our asking price. A job very well done.
