Great service
In these difficult times of Covid restrictions it may have been hard to inspect and purchase any property. Edward did a wonderful job of allowing us visitations to the property and supplying all the paper work efficiently and answered all my questions. He was also very good of keeping me informed and up to date on the changing processes.

Informed, Strategic, Flexible, Realistic, Optimistic and a superb and timely Communicator
Plan A for selling this property was a month of regular open for inspections, followed by the street theatre of a public auction with Philippe in command. Initial Covid 19 restrictions blocked that. Philippe rapidly designed a detailed Plan B, and we 'turned on a dime', to schedule inspection appointments and call for Expressions of Interest. The interest was keen over the month, and Philippe and his team managed it adroitly. Much stricter Stage 4 restrictions on business were imposed just as the EOI call closed. Within a couple of hours, with Philippe's experienced analysis and guidance, I had accepted a very satisfactory offer and signed a contract of sale! It was a terrific experience for me, and I could not recommend Philippe highly enough.

Successful sale during COVID
The property is a rundown single storey terrace in a good location near the Prahran Aquatic Centre. It was sold successfully by submissions to a deadline by pointing out other successfully renovated properties in the area and making prospective purchasers aware of the potential.
