Philippe has an incredible knowledge of the area, it's realestate and trends in the market. He and his staff have provided outstanding service, time and guidance when it comes to managing and selling our properties. I could not recommend Philippe and staff highly enough.

First-Rate Agent
The sale of my unit in South Yarra by Williams Batters was extremely efficient and the outcome was very good. Philippe Batters, who is very experienced and knows South Yarra very well, handled the marketing and the sale for me and was very helpful and "hands-on" at all times. He gave me very good advice on all matters regarding the marketing in the weeks leading up to the very good outcome. It all went without a hitch and I would certainly use the same agent again.

Quick Sale
The agent, Angie Weber, did a great job selling my apartment within the first week of it going on the market, obtaining a price close to the asking price.
