Easy to work with
I can highly recommend Bill Cook. He is frank and open and easy to work with. Williams Batters in general was an excellent agent when renting my property as well as being an excellent selling agent. I would highly recommend them for both renting and selling.

Very Happy with this Agent and would recomend highly
I was very pleased with the outcome and the way that the whole sales process was handled. I have bought and sold a few properties in my time so I have a pretty fair idea of what to expect from an estate agent and Williams Batters delivered in spades. Philippe nailed the selling price in an estimate which although $50,000 above the next best quote was the price which was ultimately obtained and the fees were extremely competitive. Importantly, I was at no stage put under any pressure to accept a lower amount after the property was passed in and I thought the negotiations were handled with aplomb. I was regularly kept up to date with the results of the open for inspections and Joshua as well as providing excellent back up services was a lovely person to have a chat to and gave me some useful perspectives on the property market. I should mention that one of the factors in giving the firm the listing was the assistance rendered to me by Ashton when I was renting both of Mum's properties. It was really helpful to have access to Williams Batters army of friendly and cost effective tradies who saved me a lot of headaches in getting the property ready to be let and ultimately sold. I would have no hesitation asking Phillipe and his team to do it all over again and was very happy with my choice of agent.

Results with respect for history
Philippe knows and respects the history of most properties in South Yarra. He is passionate about the places he sells and manages, and is fascinated by the people who have lived and worked in the area. But he's not sentimental in his advice to vendors - he is pragmatic and full of good sense, with a lot of good humour as well. He achieved a great result at auction for us.

Buying in South Yarra
