Great agent!!
My wife and I gave Edward the hard task of selling an old apartment we owned in South Yarra. With lockdowns and restrictions popping up regularly, Edward did a fantastic job of constantly keeping us up to date, making suggestions along the way, and ultimately selling the apartment for a price we were happy about. Highly recommend using Edward if you are looking to sell.

Experience of using Philippe to sell my properies
I have sold several of my properties using Philippe and his team. His knowledge of the local market is second to none. He has always achieved an excellent outcome for me in terms of selling price and efficiency. All my properties were sold within 4 weeks of going on the market! He always keep you in the loop, sending updates on a regular basis. He is honest, down to earth and an outstanding sales man. I can recommend him highly.

Consummate professional
Philippe is an old school professional in the best sense of the word. He really knows the area and it’s history and people. His advice was calm, realistic and reassuring. Our experience was one of total professionalism. We could not fault any aspect. From our perspective everything appeared to flow seamlessly. We appreciate it is not always easy to program opens when tenants are involved but this was managed well.
