He gave us realistic expectations on what to expect and he delivered on his promise. Ben and Pulse were fantastic Techhcnically the agent worked for the vendor and not us as the buyer, however this didn't stop Ben and his team creating a great customer experience! He was very quick to respond to enquiries and put in extra effort - making time out of hours to both sign contracts and open the property for us Highly recommend Ben and his team, great follow through !
