Although I never got to meet Lucas and his team due to distance, I found Lucas and his team to be extremely professional at all times. He was recommended to me by my property manager. Because Lucas has a great knowledge of the Sutherland Shire, having lived there all his life, and his father also had a real estate agency many years ago, I did not hesitate to use his services. The property was sold within 3 weeks of being on the market and Lucas's negotiating skills got the property to settle without going to auction. He was also spot on with the price that he expected I should get.
