I purchased a property towards the end of 2016 through Pulse Property Agents. The agent Troy Cleary was, I felt, very professional, honest and open. Troy was very helpful and went beyond what is expected allowing me to drop off documents to him early in the morning at his office on my way to work or at his home after hours as I was on a tight time frame Troy negotiated with the owners to allow me access to the unit before settlement so I could measure up for new carpet, a dishwasher and wardrobe which was great as it meant the work could commence and be installed before Christmas. Any request I had was always responded to in a timely manner. Troy was also very understanding when I inadvertently transferred the deposit into the wrong account. My unit continues to be managed through Pulse Property Agents

The mark of a truly good agent is one who can sell your property when the market is not going well. In Sydney, it has been a seller's market for quite some time, until recent market speculation, media comments and government strategies have created a lull in growth. It is during this period, that Lucas was able to sell our property for the price we wanted, despite lower numbers of interest and low-ball offers from those looking for a bargain. His fees are reasonable and he is open and honest about this. He does not increase commission if the sale is higher - because frankly he realizes he gets paid more if he sells for a higher price already. We were flabbergasted to see agents increasing commission for higher price points. The whole principle of paying commission is that the agent gets more money if they sell for more. Lucas's other redeeming quality is one of honesty, which can be rare in the real estate industry. We told him a price we wanted and he did not play the "let's see what the market determines" game with us or the "the market is saying this" to the buyers. Instead, he honestly told buyers what we wanted and started the conversation from there. I live in a neighbourhood where there is an agent who consistently underquotes to spark interest from those who cannot afford the price the sellers are looking for. This is the kind of behavior which gives real estate a bad name. Bucking this trend, Lucas Pratt and Pulse show great integrity and develop trust with buyers and sellers alike.
