Impressed with Lucas the moment he arrived to do a market appraisal. Open, honest and says what he thinks without all of the clichés. The marketing strategy, price guide and setting of reserve were all approached and handled by Lucas in a way that showed great experience, understanding of the market and knowledge resulting in an auction result well above our expectations. We found his whole agency excellent to deal with and appreciated their attention to detail, punctuality and professionalism. Over the years we have dealt with many agencies both as purchasers and vendors and would not hesitate to put Lucas Pratt at the top of our list.

My wife and I met Ben whilst inspecting a few properties listed by Pulse. Ben and Michelle were always very welcoming and friendly. After missing out on the properties we ended up buying something that was not listed by Ben, however due to his excellent service and knowledge; we decided to list our property with Ben. Ben and Michelle made every step of the process easy and comforting. Totally going above and beyond what I've seen with other agents.
