Michelle was positive from the start. Setting realistic expectations and having a super pro-active approach to selling our property. We are thrilled our property sold above expected price. This is the second property we have sold using Michelle and would highly recommend her as both times we had a great result.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Ben several times now. He was able to sell our property before it went to market, reaching our target price. His knowledge and experience of Carrum Downs is amazing. You will not come across a more honest and easy to deal with person in the industry.

An absolute gem to work with. Thrives on communication from day 1 and makes you feel like a friend rather than a customer. Her staff show these same ideals when calls are made on her behalf. Her knowledge of the area was initially what attracted me to O'Brien's Real Estate but after that first phone call I already knew that we had made the right choice. I would highly recommend Michelle Stephens to any prospective buyer/seller because she keeps things simple and flowing and from the very start you know your going to get a result regardless of any hurdles down the track.

Michelle is the most honest and caring agent I have ever dealt with. She is respectful and thoughtful. I have sold through her twice and purchased once. She has maintained constant contact to provide feedback. Her team respect her and in turn are approachable and also respectful. Thank you Michelle

Michelle and her team were simply amazing to work with - there is constant communication and faith in them selling your property. As a first time seller, I found Michelle extremely professional, knowledgeable with the market and surpassed all my expectations by selling within a number of weeks but also taking the stress away from the sales process.
