Michelle pulled an absolute rabbit out of the hat! After a couple of weeks on the market I started to get pretty nervous that I may have missed the boat, but Michelle continued to reassure me time and time again. To sell with the price tag that it did in the market we’re all currently experiencing, it really is an amazing effort by Michelle and her team. I can’t thank her enough for selling my first home. Michelle’s reputation precedes her, I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thankyou Michelle! 😊

Michelle Stephens and her team have been exceptional to deal with throughout the sales process of our home in Cranbourne West. Michelle went above and beyond to make the process of selling our home stress free and enjoyable. Her passion and drive she has for real estate is next level, and we are so impressed with her dedication and high level of communication. Our sale was a tricky one we sold after being on market for just over a week. The sale fell through and instead of being disheartened Michelle ensured us we would find the right buyer and back on we went and first open found the right buyer and sold for a great price. We couldn’t recommended Michelle enough, she is a power house and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. So glad we found her and her team and highly recommended her to anyone who wants to sell their property.

From the get go, Ben was easy to deal with, honest and his knowledge of the Carrum Downs area and subsequent advice on what was required to sell our property was exceptional. With 20+ years experience in the area, Ben was able to secure a buyer for our property within a week following only one open for inspection. During this time, Ben constantly kept us informed of all the proceedings and subsequent offers and was able to successfully negotiate a positive outcome for both parties in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ben if you’re considering selling your property.

If you work with Michelle, you really are signing on with an entire team who go above and beyond to get things done. They are all amazing! Overall a smooth and seamless process. Market conditions meant we didn't get as much as interest as we hoped but our property was sold quickly and without issue.

Michelle was very informative and provided a realistic figure of what our expectations should be in the current market. Michelle was excellent in her communication every step of the way and made this a seamless process from start to finish.

I chose O' Brien to market my property after researching their track record. I chose well. Michelle Stephens and her team have been excellent to deal with throughout the sales process of my Edithvale investment property. They are so professional, highly organized and they communicate frequently and clearly at every key stage. This approach quickly builds trust. Michelle's advice was excellent and balanced and it was always clear she was aiming to get the best deal for me based on her broad knowledge of the market. In summary ... The Carrum Downs O'Brien Team were "simply the best". I'd highly recommend them.
