Michelle, Jae and the team at Obriens helped me find my perfect home. The advice and support that the team provided through closing was invaluable. The team was always polite, available, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. With Covid restrictions making the situation difficult Michelle and the team found a way to make the process easy, seamless and best of all stress free. I would highly Michelle if you’re looking for a passionate and professional agent.

due to covid we were unable to inspect the property, the virtual that was done was fantastic as we do not live locally and it satisfied our needs to make a offer on the property. Michelle and staff communicated with us and were great to work with.

We found Michelle professional, pleasant, and enthusiastic in her interactions. Likewise for her team. Granted, our interactions were somewhat limited due to Covid and a virtual sale, but she always responded promptly and helpfully.

Excellent customer service, very responsive to questions, straight forward friendly advise and no pushy sales technique. Symone was flexible with our viewing times which was important to us, she also very calmly overcame some slight issues with the building report. Would definitely recommend and use Symone again.
