So when it came time to sell our current residence in Sandhurst, we had no hesitation in asking Michelle to act as our real estate agent. Michelle moved very quickly on organising things. Within a week of first contacting her, we had several potential buyers look at the house, a demonstration of her knowledge of the local market and of her connection with the buyers market.
