Normally, I would be the last person to heap praise on estate agents. However, I could not say anything but the best about Michelle and her team (Jasmine, Emma, Tamara,...). Our house was sold in practically no time and for the price that, even in theory, seemed like the upper bound. In a hindsight, going with another agent would have been a huge gamble.
