Michelle is very approachable and was so helpful right from the start of the process. The whole process was managed very easily and efficiently by Michelle and her team. As a first home buyer it was great to be supported by someone who took the time to ensure I understood each step in the process. I would definitely recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy a property.

Wow! Our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. Michelle and her team work so well together. My phone calls were always answered or returned within minutes, even before we listed our home with them. The smallest query from me was never overlooked or dismissed. Open for inspections were so streamlined with the help of her support team. Special thanks to Emma from marketing who was so friendly and helpful when I called and messaged her (often) with queries regarding the presentation of our home. Special thanks to Lenny for his support too. Their photographer was great as was the styling company they recommended. When it came to negotiating the sale price Michelle handled that very well too. We highly recommend Michelle Stephens and her team.

Having Michelle to sell our property made the whole process easy. She is very professional, gives excellent advice on how to present your property and has an excellent team to achieve that. Michelle keeps you updated throughout the process and you know exactly when to expect her call. She is always positive, reassuring you when you need it and is always available when you have questions about the process. A big thank you to Michelle and her great team for selling our property.

We have been customers of Michelle’s for the past 7 years , buying and selling 5 properties during the time. Michelle knows her stuff , does not best about the bush, does not deliver false promises and works exceptionally hard to achieve mutual goals. Her team are well aware of the selling protocols and everything works like clockwork. She is amazing , diligent, focused and driven. I would only ever buy and sell with Michelle . She always sells the property at the right price .

Symone Gatt
Selling my property with Symone was one of the best decisions! I initially engaged with Symone a while prior to when I was actually ready to sell, and during this time she did a great job at keeping in touch by checking in & being patient. The selling process itself was seamless, thanks to her! I am lucky to have had such a lovely, supportive, knowledgeable and professional agent! I would strongly recommend Symone to anyone buying or selling.
