Michelle and her team have been fantastic right from the beginning. Lenny was so patient and supportive, as we were considering the next phase in our lives. Purchasing and moving to a new home was quite confronting after being in the same home for 29 years. I found dealing with Michelle a pleasure from start to finish. This lady and detailed understanding of the markets she is working in, is confident and clear in every aspect of the sales process. I feel very confident that Michelle worked hard to get the best possible price for the property I recently listed with her. Her communications were fantastic, in that we had regular updates on activities without having to ask. She has a team of people behind her who also worked hard to ensure we were kept up to date, and also helped us with the property maintenance prior to sale. I really felt I was dealing with a team that have the customers best interest at heart. If you want an agent you can trust with a friendly, positive "Can do" attitude, you'd be hard pushed to find better.
