I feel very confident that Michelle worked hard to get the best possible price for the property I recently listed with her. Her communications were fantastic, in that we had regular updates on activities without having to ask. She has a team of people behind her who also worked hard to ensure we were kept up to date, and also helped us with the property maintenance prior to sale. I really felt I was dealing with a team that have the customers best interest at heart. Michelle recently sold one of our properties within a few weeks , this property had been with another agent for 3 months … The Michelle difference; Michelle and her team always have time to update you and make sure you know every detail of what’s happening with your sale. She goes above and beyond to make sure as many potential buyers can see the property and always follows up on how inspections went. Michelle never put pressure on us to drop our price or take an offer, instead spent hours negotiation with buyers so we got a result we were thrilled with.
