Ben was very easy to deal with, as the sale of our investment property was done entirely over the phone (we are 3 hours away). Ben was very professional and understanding of our situation, and after 3 open days the property was sold with a very good result. Ben's organisational skills and knowledge of the market was a key to the sale, would highly recommend Ben as your agent.

We were fully aware of Michelle's huge exposure within the real estate market prior to requesting that Michelle visit us for an Appraisal. We knew what we wanted in relation to price and timeframe and Michelle promised to deliver - "Let's do It!" she said. Michelle had our confidence and we had to trust her experience. The house was Staged had the Opening in the same week, then offers started coming through of which we were informed pretty quickly, Michelle and the team supported us every step of the way and they certainly did deliver, in under a week it was Under Contract for a price above our expectations - especially in the current market conditions. Champion Effort Michelle - "You Did It" and A Massive shout out to the team as well who also assisted in any way required, Will definitely recommend to others the no-nonsense, professional "Nike" (Just Do IT) type of attitude We can only recommend Michelle and the entire team at O'briens Carrum Downs for their professionalism, work ethics and brilliant knowledge of the local real estate market. Champion Effort to all involved.
