Knows exactly what to do to get a home sold in the shortest time for the best price.
Michelle and her team are efficient, well organised and nothing is missed. You are in good hands with excellent market knowledge and attention to detail. If you want an agent that focuses on the vendor and acts in your best interests, I can't recommend Michelle more highly.

No other agent compares!!
We really were not sure what we wanted to do. All we knew was that we needed a bigger home and wanted to put some feelers out to see what properties would be available and within our budget if we sold our home. By absolute luck, we saw a property we loved and found Michelle was the selling agent and we booked a time to meet with her. At that initial meeting, we found Michelle to be absoloutely lovely, we loved her confidence, her market knowledge, her honesty, and she showed us ways to market our home effectively providing us with reassurance that we were making the right decision. Unfortunatley for Michelle, she got us, the worst seller/buyer - we are nervous control freaks who are indecisive and struggle with change so i feel that Michelle had to work especially hard for us. Despite all of that, Michelle was gracious throughout the whole process. Reasuring us at every turn and she stayed committed to us and communicated every move beautifully. Nothing was ever too much for Michelle and her team and i will be forever greatful that we found her and entrusted her with our business. On a side note, the one thing i noticed with the Obrien brand of real estate overall is that when you a buying through an Obrien agent, the homes are quality. If you are selling, they know exactly how to market them and i am not surprised that they are the best and will get the maximum price they can for you. I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle and her team to anyone and i would certainly ask her to be our agent again if ever i want to buy and sell in the future. We really appreciated everything that you have done for us and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Easy communication and streamlined process
Michelle has been a delight to have onboard while buying my first home. She has been incredibly easy to communicate with, organised and prompt with paperwork and email responses back and forth during the sales process. She even put me onto a great conveyancer with competitive prices, taking a layer of stress away from me! I would buy another house from Michelle in a heart beat :)

Outstanding Agent
We cannot recommend Michelle Stephens enough, In our community she comes highly recommended and with a very positive reputation, after having worked with Michelle Stephens I can see why. We chose to sell with O'Brien and from the first moment we met Michelle, she was honest about what she believed I was able to get for my property in this market. She is extremely knowledgeable about the properties in the area and what the market is currently doing. Throughout the whole process she kept me updated about the progress of the inspections and gave me tips on how to best present my property. She was easy to talk to and got me the best result possible. Her team who also work along side her are all just as amazing.
