Excellent experience. No stress .
Tracys commitment to getting the result is second to none. Her polite and truthful mannerism makes you comfortable through the sale process, nothing is an issue. Excellent feedback throughout the sale as well as extensive market knowledge together with great communication skills is what makes her stand out from the crowd. Record price in our apartment building - Sandcastles on the Beach
Within 24 hours of engaging David, we had Harcourts professional photographer in our home, at 48 hours our advertising and photo's were live online with realestate.com and other sales platforms, within 72 hours we had open homes and printed brochures. David was generous with his time and hosted 3 - 4 open homes per week, sunset viewing on Wed, Sat & Sun mornings, and a special 10am during school time viewing on a Mondays. We had potential purchasers returning to visit for 2nd viewings within the few days. At Day 9 we had purchasers lodging formal offers in writing and by Day 11 we were able to lock in a record price for our 2 bedroom unit in our apartment building. After we exchanged contracts, David, then walked us through the process to unconditional stage, we settle on Wednesday and have found the sales and contract process seamless and are able to undertake simultaneous settlement on our next home, saving us any heartache. If you are looking for a professional with a friendly approach (and not salesy smooch), we recommend David Bolitho for 5 star service, 5 star professionalism, 5 star outcome!
