Rowan Lazar was the second agent I selected to sell my property following the first agent failing to secure a buyer. Rowan Secured two very keen purchasers within two weeks of the property been on the market. Rowan negotiated between the two parties and secured a successful Sale. This sale fell through and under extremely stressful conditions Rowan negotiated with the underbidder to purchase the property at the same price as the original vendor. I have to say I have had a couple of really stressful weeks in my life, however Rowan was amazing he was calm his communication could not be faulted and was truly that elusive honest agent everyone is looking for. Tom and his team started the campain on time and very efficiently carring out their rolls in developing a very professional discription of the house that Maritza & I designed. A day by day update informing us of the complete opinions of the possible buyer's Then when we had to talk turkey Tom conducted himself in a very objective manor without putting to much pressure. All the way through the negotiations with the ultimate buyer. Staying true to the final outcome to insure We are happy with out choices. And with a super fast campaign ending just 8 days after the house went on the market. Getting us very satisfactory result.
