After finding and buying our dream home, we were immediately faced with the reality of wanting to promptly sell our current home of 11 years. It needed lots of painting, gardening and jooshing. 3 weeks to prep and list - it was SOLD 10 days later! From the moment we said go - Candice immediately sourced everyone we needed and coordinated them. The listing team of copywriter, floor plan artist, day photographer, night photographer, videographer/drone pilot were great in how they worked together to present our home in it's best light. At each of the open houses, David, Tom and the sales team were very engaged with each of our prospective buyers, we received same day detailed updates in regards to where each buyer was up to and why and mid-week follow up and reporting. David, Tom and Candice were always available, open, direct, transparent and supportive. They demonstrated that they knew the market inside out, answered all of our questions and actively facilitated a sale price that both we and the buyer were happy with. All of this meant that we felt confident throughout the experience.

The price bidding process was not transparent and I felt being played for paying the high price. I asked to look at the house and it was not supported. There were some issues in the house inspection report that Tom confirmed had been fixed by the previous owner but it did not feel like so. When we moved in, after 1 month, the kitchen tab broke, the oven blew up and the bathroom blogged. Plus after we wired the deposit, I've seen Thomas again. He handed us to a junior for all communication and not even came to greet us when handed in the key. Overall, I don't have a good buying experience and somehow feel neglected by Thomas even though we paid a well above average price for the property.
