The price bidding process was not transparent and I felt being played for paying the high price. I asked to look at the house and it was not supported. There were some issues in the house inspection report that Tom confirmed had been fixed by the previous owner but it did not feel like so. When we moved in, after 1 month, the kitchen tab broke, the oven blew up and the bathroom blogged. Plus after we wired the deposit, I've seen Thomas again. He handed us to a junior for all communication and not even came to greet us when handed in the key. Overall, I don't have a good buying experience and somehow feel neglected by Thomas even though we paid a well above average price for the property.

We chose David to act for us due to his knowledge and experience in the area, his success rate for sales being head and shoulders above all other agents in the area, and his extensive and totally up-to-date data base to call on. In our first meeting he listened to us keenly and took on board everything that we had to say. Very happy with Tom + Ray & White Turramurra's service. We went with Tom to take advantage of their buyers database and it worked splendidly for us. One of their off market buyers made an offer that we accepted and we didn't even get to an open home! All in all, a great result for us and would highly recommend Tom. Other attributes that we were very happy with were that Tom had a team of trades that did amazing work at super short notice (we all know how hard it is to line up tradespeople).
