We chose David to act for us due to his knowledge and experience in the area, his success rate for sales being head and shoulders above all other agents in the area, and his extensive and totally up-to-date data base to call on. In our first meeting he listened to us keenly and took on board everything that we had to say. Very happy with Tom + Ray & White Turramurra's service. We went with Tom to take advantage of their buyers database and it worked splendidly for us. One of their off market buyers made an offer that we accepted and we didn't even get to an open home! All in all, a great result for us and would highly recommend Tom.
