From the initial meeting right through to the final negotiations for sale, David and his team did an amazing job. The lines of communication were always open and the whole process was dealt with professionally and with transparency. The fact that David lives in the community with his family gives him a great insight into the market and the buyers that are trying to get into it. David and his team had to deal with multiply members of our family and did so seamlessly. As a added bonus it is great that Ray White Upper North Shore gives a portion of their commission back into the community. They really helped re leave some of the pressures of selling.
