Excellent knowledge of the local area!
We found Matt to work in a professional manner from the initial meeting which identified the method of sale to the final sale of our house. He responded quickly to all our requests and was always very helpful and obliging. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area. He made a number of suggestions to improve the visual presentation of the property which ultimately led to a sale prior to auction. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate in using Matt again and would gladly recommend him to others.
